Bringing extensive knowledge of real estate, Van Bui offers her clients an outstanding level of service. She earned a BA at CSU Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration, concentration in Management Information Systems. She joined the real estate profession full time in 2004. As a real estate investor herself she has many years of experiences of purchasing, selling, owning, and managing properties, which gives her valuable experience in all aspects of real estate transactions.

Van also owns her own company, Van Realty Funding, Inc. Daily updating her knowledge in lending helps assist her clients most effectively. She is known by clients and colleagues as a friendly, hard working, dedicated and honest realtor. She is quick to respond to each client's needs and concerns. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Real estate is truly her passion and she really enjoys her work. The majority of her business is through referrals from past clients. She stays on top of each transaction to keep everything running smoothly and help her clients find their dream homes.

Van Bui has been honored for excellence as one of the Top Mortgage Professionals, a recognition of outstanding service and client satisfaction. She was an award winner of The San Diego Five Star Mortgage Professionals - San Diego Magazine, March 2013.

In addition to her real estate profession she enjoys helping people. To help the young Vietnamese maintain their heritage, Van volunteers teaching Vietnamese language and traditions in Vietnamese school. She is also a Girl Scout leader for a Vietnamese troop in San Diego. Her hobbies in free time are reading and traveling.
